Addiction Counselling

Our addiction recovery sessions are designed to help clients manage substance use and other addictive behaviors. We use evidence-based treatments, such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients identify triggers, develop coping skills, as well as decrease use and minimise harm.
